This beautiful house with two separate apartments - a spacious main apartment and a cozy studio - offers plenty of space for the whole family or for a stay with friends. In total, up to 10 people can comfortably stay here. The main apartment can be booked for up to 6 people, while the studio offers space for up to 4 people. Both apartments also have a loft bed as an additional sleeping option. The house is located directly on the Siel. The south-facing terrace offers a wonderful view of the water, especially for older guests. All tourist offers are easily reachable on foot, yet the house is located in a quiet area on a closed side street (cul-de-sac). The ground floor house is comfortably, modernly and cozily furnished. On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun from morning till evening. A charcoal grill is available for culinary evenings. Children will find plenty of space to play on the lawn and in the quiet street. Various games are available in the house for rainy days. Bicycles can be used. There is also a pushcart available for children. Your own bicycles can be safely parked in the lockable bicycle shed with power and light. Since the house is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers, we unfortunately cannot accept pets. Furthermore, it is a non-smoking house.

Holiday home Laura with the large apartment for up to 6 people has direct access to the beach chair. For our special guests, a voucher for the on-site bakery is included when booking. You can also charge your vehicle at the charging station by the house for a fee. Simply contact us and we can activate it upon request.
