Dear guests, you will find my holiday home in the idyllic North Sea spa of Neuharlingersiel. It is a small, detached bungalow located in a quiet and preferred residential area of Neuharlingersiel. Approximately 50 square meters of living space is available over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find two bedrooms and a small built-in closet.

A terrace and a large garden offer space and room for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. There is also a parking space for two cars. Upon request, you can receive children's chairs. Garden furniture, two bicycles, and a stroller are available in the garage and are at your disposal during your stay.

Energy costs are billed based on consumption on-site. WLAN is available, and towels and bed linen are provided.

My bungalow will be offered for rent as a holiday home for the first time from mid-March '23. Currently, an extensive renovation of the interior is underway. The house will receive a new kitchen (including a dishwasher) and will also be fully equipped with new furniture.

The beach and the beautiful harbor are just 300 meters away. The surrounding area invites you to go for walks and bike rides.

The house is available from 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
