A very good technical equipment (e.g. with a fully equipped modern kitchen, washing machine and dryer in the in-house laundry room) and above all the excellent location will make your vacation particularly "sweet"!

The apartment has a beautiful southwest balcony with access from the living room and a fireplace is operational in the living room. Dogs are allowed on request during the off-peak season.

The "Landhaus Spittdiek" with eight comfortable, modern vacation apartments for up to six people (plus a toddler) is located about 300 meters from the sandy beach, seawater indoor pool, spa center, and historic harbor, and very close to the dike. All other recreational and shopping options are also just a short walk away.

The house has terraces, balconies, and a large garden with play equipment facing south. Six of the apartments were completely renovated in the spring of 2003, and the last two in the winter of 2005/2006.

In all apartments, you can work quickly on the internet at DSL speed with your laptop via DLAN (network connection via the internal power network).

The "Landhaus Spittdiek" has terraces and balconies on almost all apartments as well as a large garden for playing. Above all, the immediate proximity to the sea and beach makes our house the ideal place for your vacation.
