The price includes bed linen, towels, and final cleaning. During your stay, you and all fellow travelers have free use of the seawater indoor pool at 30° C (max. 4 hours per person once a day, without the sauna area) during opening hours, in accordance with the information in the BadeWerk brochure. The spacious vacation apartment with an area of 84 sqm is located directly behind the dike, in close proximity to the beach. The apartment on the first floor is divided into a living room, 3 separate bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom (bathtub with shower option, sink), separate toilet, storage room and large roof terrace. A free parking space is located directly in front of the building. Please note that using another parking space will incur a charge of 5 EUR per day. The apartment includes, among other things, satellite TV, a stereo system, stove with extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer, washing machine, dryer, garden table, garden chairs, and a beach chair. We ask you to transfer the deposit of 20 percent to the account of the Kurverein Neuharlingersiel e.V.: IBAN: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX, BIC: XXXXXXXXXXX Sparkasse LeerWittumd. Please make the remaining payment 14 days before the start of your trip. The key handover takes place at the Tourist Information counter. Outside of opening hours, the key handover will be at the reception in the BadeWerk. The arrival time is at the latest by 6:00 PM, but not before 3:00 PM. Please inform us in case of any delayed arrival. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
