Our holiday home is located in a quiet and green area, but is only 400 meters from the beach and harbor and offers you 80 square meters of living space, which has been completely renovated! Among other things, a modern fitted kitchen and a new bathroom with an open shower have been installed. All windows, blinds, floors, as well as most of the furniture and lamps have been renewed. The holiday home has a south-facing terrace (partially covered) and a garden. Available are garden furniture, beach basket, sandbox, toys, wheelbarrow, charcoal grill, washing machine, dryer and much more. All rooms have roller shutters.

This is an unusually large holiday apartment with an area of 80 square meters: bright, friendly, cozy and practically furnished, fully and attractively equipped.

On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall, telephone, toilet, a fully equipped modern fitted kitchen as well as a large living area with a dining area and a cozy couch area, TV, stereo system. From here you can also go to the terrace and the garden. The two bedrooms with a double bed AND a single bed each are on the upper floor, one of the rooms also has a cot as well as a work and play table. Also on the upper floor is the completely renewed, chic bathroom with an open shower and toilet.

Near the house there are numerous restaurants, good shopping facilities, doctors' offices, playgrounds and a post office.

The cost for final cleaning is 75 EUR per stay. Electricity costs will be charged on site according to consumption. Bed linen (including towels) can be booked on request at a price of 20 EUR p.p. (for the entire stay). Pets are not allowed.
