Holiday apartment Gerhards
Our holiday apartment (approximately 55 square meters), on the upper floor of our house, with a separate entrance, is suitable for 2 people and a baby. It is fully equipped.
On the same floor there is an additional bedroom that can be booked as well. So the apartment then has a total of two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 adults and / or child(ren).
The holiday apartment is fully equipped:
Kitchen area with cooking pots, dishes and
cutlery, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, separate
refrigerator. Kitchen towels are included.
The living room has a comfortable couch. Television, with satellite connection and a
radio are available, as well as free WLAN. There is a dining area with 4
chairs.
The bedroom is furnished with
double bed and wardrobe. Bed linen and towels for daily use are included. Please bring your own beach towels for the beach or swimming pool visit.
In the apartment there are
additional blankets, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
If you are traveling as a couple and wish to sleep separately, i.e. use the 2nd bedroom (on the same level), there is a surcharge of 10.00 Euro / day.
This second bedroom, on the same level, is furnished with single bed (140 x 200 cm), extendable sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and a children's cot (70 x 140 cm) and
wardrobe and can be occupied by 2 more people and / or a small child.
The shower room has a
walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer. On the large meadow behind the house you will find a beach chair and
garden furniture to relax.
Crib, travel cot, and a high chair are available in the apartment free of charge. The
staircase is secured with a child safety gate.
We offer our guests free WLAN use, but cannot
guarantee that the WLAN can be used without
interruptions. We also cannot guarantee a specific
transmission speed.
The apartment is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. Please understand that we cannot unfortunately accommodate PETS due to consideration for our guests. Similarly, VISITING ANIMALS are not allowed.

The holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our house, in a quiet residential area on the eastern outskirts of Esens. There is no through traffic. Nevertheless, the location is central. The town center, with its pedestrian zone, is within walking distance. The Osthörn bus stop, with bus connections to the city and to Neuharlingersiel, is 200 meters away.

Thus, our guests have two bedrooms available, for a total of up to 4 adults and children.
For your children, a crib, travel cot, and high chair are available. There is also some toys and reading material.
Children under 2 years old are free of charge if they sleep in the same room in the large bed or in the travel cot.
If you are traveling as a couple and wish to use the 2nd bedroom separately (SEPARATE SLEEPING), there is a surcharge of 10.00 per night.
IMPORTANT: For short-term bookings and stays of up to 3 nights, the entire rental price must be paid immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
On the large meadow behind the house, you will find a seating area with a beach chair, a large sunshade, and garden furniture to relax. There is a sandbox with some sand toys for the little ones.
There is also a free parking space directly by the house.
Please note that there is NO charging facility for your electric car with us.
There are several charging stations in Esens.
