On the ground floor you will find the following rooms:
A kitchen well equipped with electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, pots, pans and bowls. Underfloor heating available.
2 bathrooms:
The larger bathroom with underfloor heating, bathtub, shower, toilet, separate urinal, sink and tubular radiator. The 2nd bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and separate spin dryer. We also have a separate toilet with sink.
In the living room you will find an upholstered seating group, corner bench group with dining table, flat screen TV and separate radio system with CD and cassette player.
Books and games for adults and children are available.
Next to the living room there is a small single room.
A master bedroom with cot and another washing area.
For toddlers we also have 2 high chairs, a playpen, and a changing table cover.
The tiled storage room is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer and you will find cleaning equipment and a vacuum cleaner here.
All wet rooms, hallways, and storage rooms have tiled floors. The living room, master bedroom, and another smaller room have natural wood floors (biologically installed).
The attic is finished and divided into two large rooms, both with cork flooring and central heating. In the 1st room with staircase you will find 3 adult beds and a small seating group, desk, and play area. In the 2nd room two separate beds, a cot, 1 small desk, and wardrobe.

Our lovingly furnished Ostfriesenkate is a former worker's farmhouse of unique charm. It has been constantly renovated in recent years and today has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The non-smoking house is wheelchair accessible and suitable for allergy sufferers.
Directly at the house there is a carport and a parking space. A covered bicycle parking space can be found behind the house.
Our farmhouse is located in a 1300 square meter meadow property with a play area, swing, and sandbox, barbecue facilities, and a quiet covered seating and dining area at the back of the house facing the meadow. The covered seating and dining area as well as the meadow can be accessed directly from the living room.
