On 80 square meters of living space, you will find 2 bedrooms, living room, fully newly furnished kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, etc., separate dining room, and a new bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The house is child-friendly and has a high chair, crib, potty, and toys for indoors and outdoors.
The windows are equipped with fly screens.

Surrounded by meadows and pastures, our comfortably furnished holiday home is located in the small village of Holtgast-Fulkum. The house has a very quiet location and is just a few minutes' drive from the beach in Bensersiel. A large play and sunbathing lawn at the house invites you to relax and play. For our guests, there is also an outdoor grill, garden furniture, washing machine, and dryer available. The decor of the holiday home is in the East Frisian style and the kitchen is very well equipped! In Fulkum, there is a bakery that also carries a small selection of other groceries. Larger grocery stores and shops for shopping are in Esens!
