The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove with oven, dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle.
The living room is furnished with a couch and two armchairs, a dining area, flat-screen TV, and radio.
One bedroom with a separate wash area offers 2 single beds.
The 2nd bedroom has a double and a single bed. There is also the option to provide a child's bed, and a high chair is available.
This is a non-smoking apartment, but smoking is permitted on the furnished balcony.

Car parking space and a sunbathing lawn with barbecue facilities are available.

The house is located on the western edge of the town of Esens. It can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Other destinations would include the amenities of the North Sea spa town of Bensersiel with beach, beach chairs, playgrounds, and Benni's Children's Land.

Our location is perfectly suited for long walks, bike tours, or exploratory trips into the East Frisian countryside. Enjoy the healthy air actively or simply in the garden. In bad weather, you can certainly entertain your children with a visit to the Klabautermann children's playhouse.
