The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor (left). It is fully equipped, has a living room with kitchen and mini oven, bedroom since 2015 with two single beds of 90 x 200cm, access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower/toilet. Garden furniture invites you to rest. You will feel at home and can relax well.

The apartment is located in Bensersiel, part of the town of Esens, (about 4 km away.) There, a pedestrian zone, the beautiful market square invite you to linger in the "Bear Town". The apartment is on the ground floor on the north side of house No. 43, there is only one step in front of the front door.
After the entrance area, you reach the bathroom with WC/shower, then you will find the small kitchen area with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, table oven, egg cooker, pots and dishes are also sufficient. In the adjoining living room with dining area, there is a TV and CD player. For cozy warmth in the colder season, there is an infrared heater with temperature control. In the bedroom there are two single beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. (Renovation 2019, walls, floor, room doors, furniture) New mattresses 2022.
Bed linen is included in the rental price; only towels and dish towels need to be brought by you.
From the bedroom you come to the terrace with garden furniture, you can rest and relax there in the evening sun. The residential complex is located in the Lammertshörn residential area, only about 500 m from the water.

A lawn area around the house and a parking lot (No. 10) are available. We have a lockable bicycle cellar for your bikes.
