"North Sea World North Sea Garden Park": "Holiday in the midst" in Bensersiel with a fantastic view of the harbor, the North Sea or the inland!

The apartments in the "North Sea World North Sea Garden Park" in the North Sea spa Bensersiel, managed by us, the Ferienwohnung-Service Brenne, were completed in late summer 2004. The North Sea spa Bensersiel is located directly at the unique natural spectacle "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park", a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009.

The apartments in the North Sea Garden Park are particularly modern, comfortable and friendly, technically up-to-date, some spanning two residential levels.

Right in the center of Bensersiel, you can enjoy a great view of the Bensersiel harbor, the North Sea or even the East Frisian islands from all apartments or from the balconies and terraces of almost all the apartments we manage. Or a wonderful view of Bensersiel and Esens as well as the green East Frisian inland with its lush meadows, pastures and fields of the marsh.

Balconies are available in all apartments, almost all deserve the title of balcony terrace, as they are large and equipped with beautiful garden furniture and are wind-protected and some even have a beach chair.

One of the six apartments offered by us in the "North Sea World" in the North Sea Garden Park is suitable for disabled and wheelchair users. This apartment, named "Lighthouse", has a penthouse character and also includes a parking space in the underground garage near the elevator. Almost all other apartments can also be reached without climbing stairs! (Also, from the underground parking spaces reserved for many of the apartments, where you park your vehicle, you can reach your apartment with elevators.)

Here at our North Sea Garden Park, you are in the midst and that means with us:
Get your rolls without leaving the house, café next door, go out to eat and then almost fall straight into bed or take the elevator to the supermarket.

You walk through the modern covered "Deichpassage" past nice shops and modern gastronomy in about 50 meters to the dike exit. A complete shopping center is available in the building.

When you leave the "Deichpassage", you are already directly in front of the harbor entrance. You can walk on or over the dike and in a short walk you are at the harbor, the beach facilities and the beach portal with the covered beach playground "Bennis Abenteuerland", an internet room and many event and information offers.

All spa facilities as well as a modern wellness, sauna and fitness center are located in the North Sea Spa "Sonneninsel", also only a short walk from the North Sea Garden Park. Directly nearby is the spa park, through which you can walk back to the beach facilities past the harbor.

On the beach itself, you will find an adventure playground and the children's house "Kunterbunt", the seawater wave pool, the maritime sports theme park, the circus tent for the children as well as for many events; and many more ideas for your holiday.

You will also find plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés on your short walks through Bensersiel - and not only in the "Deichpassage". For the evening dike walk with great sunsets, you only have to step outside. And then just walk a bit to the beach or around the harbor or even for a few hours and enjoy the healthy air and the evening wind. You won't even notice what's happening to you. It can only be this beautiful here on the coast!

For your holiday or your cure, you are ideally provided for with us. Very close to Bensersiel is Esens, the good room of the Harlingerland.

You can reach Esens by car, but even better "from behind" through the marshland via the "Hammerweg"; or by bicycle along the idyllic "Kajedeich" along the "Benser Tief". Wonderful tours await you.

The great Bensersiel offer is complemented in Esens by the over 475-year-old knight's city with a historically grown town center. Here you will find a lot of small and large events, museums and other gastronomy and shopping opportunities.

In general, our area is excellently suited for extended walks, bike tours and discovery trips into the unique nature of East Frisia. This way you experience your holiday at the North Sea actively and relaxed and benefit optimally from the stimulating climate of the North Sea.

A lot is also offered for your health: health-promoting courses, fitness and gymnastics courses in the Vital-Aktiv-Center; or take a beauty day and let yourself be pampered.

Affordable shopping opportunities, many events and great gastronomic offers in the area will round off your program.

Esens and Bensersiel have a lot to offer for recreation, sports and games, for example beaches with playgrounds and beach chairs, the already mentioned swimming pools, but also tennis courts, surf sections on the dike, a kite meadow there for flying kites, fitness offers, beach volleyball, fishing opportunities, Wadden Sea walking tours and much more.
