Peaceful vacation in the middle of Bensersiel! Short distances to the harbor, town center, beach, and all tourist facilities!

The house "Wattkieker" with two vacation apartments for two to four people is located on a very quiet side street at the western edge of "Bensersiel", just under 300 meters from the dike. The vacation apartments are modern, friendly, spacious and comfortably designed and well equipped (dishwasher, internet access via WLAN, bathtub in apartment "Sea Star" to name just a few). The apartment "Wattenleuchten" on the ground floor is suitable for the elderly and wheelchair accessible. Residents of both apartments will find plenty of space and several seating areas around the house and in the garden.

From the house "Wattkieker" you can reach all the attractions that Bensersiel has to offer within a few minutes on foot: the beach, the harbor or the Nordseetherme "Sonneninsel" bathing complex, a modern heated fun and leisure pool. All spa facilities as well as a modern wellness, sauna and fitness center are also housed there. The harbor and tourist beach facilities are also very close.

There you will find the beach itself with an adventure playground and children's house "Kunterbunt" and the new beach portal with "Bennis Abenteuerland" - a beach facility for children under a roof as well as with an internet room for surfing on winter days. You will also find the seawater wave pool, the maritime sports theme park, the circus tent for children and for many events and many more ideas for your vacation.

From here you can start beautiful bike tours inland through the marshland over meadows and fields directly adjacent to our Friesenstraße.

Shops, e.g. in the dike passage, and restaurants and cafes can be found on your short walk from your vacation apartment to the beach. To your evening dike walk at the "National Park Lower Saxon Wadden Sea", since 2009 a "UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site", you will reach in a few minutes. And then just stroll a bit or even a few hours and enjoy the sunset. You won't even notice what happens to you, it can only be this beautiful here on the coast!

For your vacation or your treatment, you are ideally provided for with us. Very close to Bensersiel is "Esens", the "good living room" of the Harlingerland. You can reach Esens by car in about five minutes. Even better, take a bike and ride "around the back" through the marshland via the "Hammerweg" or along the idyllic "Kajedeich" by the "Benser Tief". Wonderful tours await you.

The great Bensersiel offer is complemented in Esens by the over 475-year-old knight's town with a historically grown town center. Here there are lots of small and large events, museums and further gastronomy and shopping opportunities. Your children best visit the indoor play park "Klabautermann" and are sure to have lots of fun there. The "Klabautermann" is a large hall full of ideas for playing and romping.

Our area is generally perfect for extensive walks, bike tours and discovery trips into the unique nature of East Frisia. This way you experience your vacation on the North Sea actively and relaxed and benefit optimally from the North Sea's climate.

There is also a lot on offer for your health: health-promoting courses, fitness and gymnastics courses in the Vital-Aktiv-Center; or take a beauty day and let yourself be pampered.

Affordable shopping opportunities, many events and great gastronomic offers in the area will round off your program.

With your children you should also visit the "Pet Park" in "Werdum". This special small zoo is very popular with the little visitors. You can also feed or pet and learn playfully about the multifaceted world of domestic and farm animals from all continents.

Esens and Bensersiel have a lot to offer for recreation, sports and games, for example beaches with playgrounds and deck chairs, the already mentioned swimming pools, but also tennis courts, surf sections on the dike, a kite meadow there for flying kites, fitness offers, beach volleyball, fishing opportunities, mudflat walking tours and much more.
