The family-friendly "Ferienhof Gerdes" with eight holiday apartments and a holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea spa town of Esens-Bensersiel on the East Frisian North Sea, directly at the unique natural spectacle "Nationalpark Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer", since 2009 "UNESCO World Natural Heritage". Here on our large farm you will find wonderful conditions for a beautiful North Sea holiday in East Frisia.
All holiday apartments and the holiday home are spacious and bright and rustically furnished and very comfortably equipped and technically very well equipped. The holiday apartments are partly around 85, 80, partly 70 square meters, one holiday apartment 60 square meters and with two or three bedrooms for two to six people plus an additional toddler, for two to five people plus an additional toddler or for two to four people plus an additional toddler. The holiday home is about 110 square meters and suitable for two to six people plus an additional toddler.

Our "Ferienhof Gerdes" is located in the southwest of Bensersiel and on the outer northwestern edge of the old knight's town of Esens in the North Sea spa town of Esens-Bensersiel in the very rural and widely scattered village community of Holtgast-Utgast. So you can reach the city center of Esens or in the other direction to Bensersiel to the beach in just 10 minutes by bicycle.
For example, you can ride your bicycle across the idyllic marsh along the "Benser Tief" to Bensersiel (What is a "Tief"? Do you want to know more? Click here on this sentence!). So you reach the beach relaxed and relaxed. Or you start your bicycle tour or your hike here into the East Frisian inland or over Bensersiel and then along the dike to Ostbense and to the North Sea spa town of Neuharlingersiel.
