The house "Riegstra" in the North Sea spa town Esens-Bensersiel with its comfortable, very cozy and extremely affordable vacation apartment is very quietly situated and yet very central with ideal connections in all directions and to local amenities (for example, a food discount store is only 1 minute away).
We would be happy to tell you about all the interesting destinations in our over 475-year-old, cozy and charming bear town with a historically grown town center. For example, we also have a lot of small and large events and museums. Or you can simply relax in and around our house.
In the other direction, leave Esens and ride your bike through the idyllic marsh and perhaps along the "Benser Tief" to Bensersiel (What is a "Tief"? Do you want to know more? Click here on this sentence!). This way you will reach the beach in a leisurely and relaxed manner.
Of course, you can also get there in a few minutes by car, but by bike you reach the sea and Bensersiel after 4 to 5 kilometers on a completely relaxed route, having already breathed in plenty of healthy saltwater and can enjoy the beach and the many tourist spa and vacation facilities in a special way.
Our location is ideal for extended walks, bike tours, and discovery trips into the unique nature of East Frisia. This way you experience your vacation at the North Sea actively and relaxed and benefit optimally from the appeal of the North Sea climate.
You can reach Bensersiel or the North Sea spa town of Neuharlingersiel by car in 5 to 10 minutes. You can also easily reach both towns by bus.
