Your hotel for a Bensersiel vacation directly at the "Nordseetherme Bensersiel"
You will stay in our comfortable and modern hotel with spacious and friendly rooms in the most beautiful part of Bensersiel. Our hotel-pension "Störtebeker" is located in a quiet little side street. All our rooms are allergy-friendly non-smoking rooms, most rooms have a balcony or terrace. Bensersiel is located directly at the unique natural spectacle "Nationalpark Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer", since 2009 a "UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site".

Every morning begins with our delicious breakfast from the rich breakfast buffet. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Just a few meters from the hotel-pension "Störtebeker" is the bathing area "Nordseetherme Bensersiel", a modern heated fun and leisure pool for the whole family. All spa facilities as well as a modern wellness, sauna and fitness center are also located there. In the "Nordseetherme Bensersiel" you can really let yourself be pampered.

Adjacent to the "Nordseetherme Bensersiel" is the spa park, through which you can reach the beach facilities via the harbor. There you will find the beach itself with an adventure playground, the children's house "Kunterbunt" as well as the beach portal with "Bennis Abenteuerland", a covered beach facility for children. Furthermore, there is the seawater outdoor pool with a giant slide, the maritime sports theme park and many more ideas for your vacation.

You will also find plenty of shops, e.g. in the Deichpassage, as well as restaurants and cafes on your short way from us to the beach. Of course, you can also get to your evening dike walk much more directly, without having to cross the small town of Bensersiel beforehand. Because the dike is only a few meters away. And then just stroll for a bit or even a few hours and enjoy the sunset. You won't even notice what's happening to you, it can only be this beautiful on the coast!

There is also a lot on offer for your health: health-promoting courses, fitness and gymnastics courses at the "Fitness-Center Nordseetherme"; or you can have a beauty day and really pamper yourself. For your vacation or your cure, you are ideally provided for with us.

Very close to Bensersiel is Esens, the parlor of the Harlingerland. You can reach Esens by car in about five minutes. Even better, take a bicycle and ride "around the back" through the marshland via the "Hammerweg" or the idyllic "Kajedeich" along the "Benser Tief". Wonderful tours await you.

The great Bensersiel offer is optimally complemented by the over 475-year-old knight's town of Esens with its historically grown town center. Here there are a lot of small and large events, museums as well as further gastronomic offers and shopping possibilities.

In general, our area is ideal for long walks, bike tours and discovery trips into the unique nature of East Frisia. This way you experience your vacation at the North Sea actively and relaxed and benefit optimally from the North Sea's bracing climate.

Esens and Bensersiel have a lot to offer for recreation, sports and games, for example the already mentioned offers, as well as tennis courts, surf sections on the dike, a kite meadow there for flying kites, fitness offers, beach volleyball, fishing opportunities, tidal hiking tours and much more.
