The seawater bathing area "Nordseetherme Bensersiel", a modern heated fun and leisure pool with North Sea water, is almost next door, as well as the spa house and a fitness and wellness center. Here you can really pamper yourself.
And in the evening, you only have to walk a few meters to the dike and crown your day with a walk along the North Sea at sunset. You can easily reach all the other attractions that Bensersiel has to offer on foot in a few minutes:
Adjacent to the "Nordseetherme Bensersiel" is the spa park, through which you can reach the beach facilities past the harbor. There is the beach itself with an adventure playground and the children's house "Kunterbunt", the seawater wave pool, the maritime sports theme park, the circus tent for children and for many events. The new beach portal also offers a beach under a roof and further leisure and information offers.

You will also find plenty of shops, e.g. in the dike passage, and restaurants and cafes on your short walk to the beach.
For your vacation or cure, you are ideally provided for here. Very close to Bensersiel lies Esens, the best parlor of the Harlingerland. You can reach Esens by car, but even better "from behind" through the marshland via the "Hammerweg"; or by bicycle along the idyllic "Kajedeich" along the "Benser Tief". Wonderful tours await you.
The great Bensersiel offer is complemented in Esens by the over 475-year-old knight's town with a historically grown town center. There are a lot of small and large events, museums and other gastronomy and shopping opportunities.
