The seawater bathing area "Nordseetherme Bensersiel", a modern heated fun and leisure pool with North Sea water, is almost next door, as is the spa house and a fitness and wellness center. Here you can really let yourself be pampered.
And in the evening, you walk just a few meters to the dike and crown your day with a walk on the North Sea at sunset. In a few minutes you can easily walk to all the other attractions that Bensersiel has to offer:
Adjacent to the "Nordseetherme Bensersiel" is the spa park, through which you can reach the beach facilities by the harbor. You will also find plenty of shops, e.g. in the dike passage, and restaurants and cafes on your short way to the beach.
For your vacation or cure, you are ideally catered for. Very close to Bensersiel is Esens, the best parlor of the Harlingerland. You can reach Esens by car, but even better "from behind" through the marshland over the "Hammerweg"; or by bicycle over the idyllic "Kajedeich" along the "Benser Tief". Wonderful tours await you.
The great Bensersiel offer is complemented in Esens by the over 475-year-old knight's town with its historically grown town center. There are a lot of small and large events, museums and other gastronomy and shopping opportunities.
