The seawater bathing area "Nordseetherme Bensersiel," a modern heated fun and leisure pool with North Sea water, is almost next door, as is the spa house and a fitness and wellness center. Here you can really indulge yourself.
And in the evening, you walk just a few meters to the dike and crown your day with a walk on the North Sea at sunset. You can easily reach all other attractions that Bensersiel has to offer on foot in a few minutes:
Adjacent to the "Nordseetherme Bensersiel" is the spa park, through which you can walk past the harbor to the beach facilities. There you will find the beach itself with an adventure playground and children's house "Kunterbunt," the seawater wave pool, the maritime sports theme park, the circus tent for children and for many events. The brand new beach portal also has a beach under a roof and further leisure and information offers.

You will also find shops, e.g. in the dike passage, and restaurants and cafes within a short walk to the beach.
For your vacation or cure, you are ideally catered for with us. Close to Bensersiel is Esens, the showpiece of the Harlingerland. You can reach Esens by car, but even better "from behind" through the marshland via the "Hammerweg"; or by bike over the idyllic "Kajedeich" along the "Benser Tief". Wonderful tours await you.
The great Bensersiel offer is complemented in Esens by the over 475-year-old knight's city with a historically grown town center. Here there are a lot of small and large events, museums and further gastronomy and shopping opportunities.
