The seawater bathing area "Nordseetherme Bensersiel", a modern heated fun and leisure pool with North Sea water, is almost next door, as well as the spa house and a fitness and wellness center. Here you can really let yourself be pampered.
And in the evening, you just walk a few meters to the dike and crown your day with a walk on the North Sea at sunset. You can reach all the other attractions that Bensersiel has to offer within a few minutes on foot:
Adjacent to the "Nordseetherme Bensersiel" is the spa park, through which you can reach the beach facilities past the harbor. There you will find the beach itself with an adventure playground and children's house "Kunterbunt", the seawater wave pool, the maritime sports theme park, the circus tent for children and for many events. Also brand new is the beach portal with a beach under a roof and further leisure and information offers.

You will also find shops, e.g. in the dike passage, and restaurants and cafes along your short walk to the beach.
For your vacation or cure, you are ideally provided for with us. Very close to Bensersiel is Esens, the good room of the Harlingerland. You can reach Esens by car, but even better "from behind" through the marshland over the "Hammerweg"; or by bicycle over the idyllic "Kajedeich" along the "Benser Tief". Wonderful tours await you.
The great Bensersiel offer is complemented in Esens by the over 475 years old knight city with a historically grown town center. Here there are a lot of small and big events, museums and further gastronomy and shopping opportunities.
In general, our area is excellently suited for long walks, bike tours and discovery trips into the unique nature of East Frisia. This way you experience your vacation at the North Sea actively and relaxed and benefit optimally from the attractive climate of the North Sea.
