The seawater bathing area "Nordseetherme Bensersiel", a modern heated fun and leisure pool with North Sea water, is almost next door, as well as the spa house and a fitness and wellness center. Here you can really indulge yourself.
And in the evening, you just walk a few meters to the dike and crown your day with a walk on the North Sea at sunset. You can comfortably walk to all the other attractions that Bensersiel has to offer in a few minutes:
Adjacent to the "Nordseetherme Bensersiel" is the spa park, through which you can reach the beach facilities past the harbor. There is the beach itself with an adventure playground and the children's house "Kunterbunt", the seawater wave pool, the maritime sports theme park, the circus tent for children and for many events. The newly added beach portal with a beach under a roof and further leisure and information offers.
We provide a pram for your beach luggage and for the children for our guests.
You will also find plenty of shops, e.g. in the dike passage, and restaurants and cafes along your short walk to the beach.
For your vacation or your cure, you are ideally provided for with us. Very close to Bensersiel lies Esens, the parlor of the Harlingerland. You can reach Esens by car, but even better "from behind" through the marshland via the "Hammerweg"; or by bicycle over the idyllic "Kajedeich" along the "Benser Tief". Wonderful tours await you.
The great Bensersiel offer is complemented in Esens by the over 475-year-old knight's town with a historically grown town center. Here there are a lot of small and large events, museums and other gastronomy and shopping opportunities.
