The "Pension Pradler" can be found in Altharlingersiel, close to the dike and almost exactly between the North Sea resort of Neuharlingersiel and the North Sea spa of Carolinensiel-Harlesiel. Altharlingersiel is located directly on the unique natural spectacle "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park," which has been a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site since 2009.
In our idyllic village of Altharlingersiel with around 100 inhabitants, one can spend a wonderful and especially affordable and child-friendly holiday. Peace and relaxation are not just empty talk here! You can go fishing, boating or cycling, horseback riding, jogging, walking or hiking. Above all, everyone can really relax here.
Our guesthouse is located near the dike and you can reach the North Sea spa of Carolinensiel-Harlesiel in a few minutes by car. Even closer, however, is the North Sea resort of Neuharlingersiel. You can reach Neuharlingersiel by car in just under five minutes. Both spas can also be reached by bicycle in 10 to 15 minutes.
The North Sea resort of Neuharlingersiel is a 300-year-old fishing village with an active crab cutter fleet. The East Frisian fishery is still actively lived by many crab cutters in the beautiful historic fishing port today.
While you enjoy your well-deserved vacation, the crab catchers sail out from the old and handsome Neuharlingersiel fishing port to the North Sea. There the fishermen then harvest the seafood, which you can enjoy later. You can find them in many beautiful hospitable places in Neuharlingersiel, including directly at the historic fishing cutter port.

Neuharlingersiel is located directly in the middle of the East Frisian North Sea coast of the island of Spiekeroog opposite on the mainland.
In the North Sea spa of Carolinensiel-Harlesiel about three kilometers east of Altharlingersiel there is an extensive holiday offer for children and parents. First there is the old harbor in Carolinensiel. This old harbor now houses a museum harbor with historic Frisian flat-bottomed sailboats. When you walk or from one of the beautiful restaurants, watch the colorful activity around the harbor!
You enjoy the view of the old ships, the harbor promenade with its cafes, tearooms and restaurants, as well as the paddle steamer "Concordia II", a replica of the old "Concordia I" from 1854. This paddle steamer takes you on the Tief in shuttle service from the museum harbor past the House of the Guest through the Friedrichsschleuse to the yacht harbor in Harlesiel to the North Sea.
In addition, there is the "House of the Guest" with a comprehensive entertainment and relaxation offer. For example, parents can read in peace while their children are looked after by experienced professionals. The whole family naturally likes to go to the beautiful beach, but you can also go swimming in the brine leisure pool "Cliner Quelle" (splashing pool, sauna, solariums, beauty and wellness department and once a week the popular "Moonlight Swimming"). Or in summer you can visit the heated seawater outdoor pool in Harlesiel. For children and teenagers and actually for the whole family there is the "Happy Family Club" with programs and many ideas.
