Your holiday home "Nordseezauber" is located in a central and extremely quiet location in the old bear town of Esens in the North Sea spa of Esens-Bensersiel at the unique natural spectacle "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park," since 2009 a "UNESCO World Heritage Site." There are not many such vacation accommodations available in Esens and the East Frisian North Sea in total, and the holiday home is comparatively very affordable. Therefore, the demand is very high and the holiday home "Nordseezauber" is therefore always booked up quite early. The holiday home is a detached former single-family house with a large garden, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and three bedrooms. There is also a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, and two washbasins, another WC, and a garage for your bicycles. In the large garden with space to frolic and play for the children, who are very welcome, there is a very sheltered sun terrace for the adults. The holiday home is located in an extremely quiet location - if you are not disturbed by the occasional snorting of horses that "live" on the neighboring farm during the winter half-year. The holiday home "Nordseezauber" stands in the middle of the old town of Esens on the Süderwall. The "Süderwall" is the former city rampart of the town. Almost parallel to the "Süderwall" runs the pedestrian zone "Steinstraße" at only about 100 meters and it is also only about 100 or 150 meters to the market square and the "Herdesstraße" (the second most important shopping street next to the "Steinstraße"). So you are right in the middle of Esens and that's really great! There is no car traffic on the "Süderwall." However, thanks to good crossing arrangements, you can drive up to the front of the house with a car, and a garage is also available as already mentioned. Otherwise, in the immediate vicinity of the tourist town center, there is complete and surprising tranquility! Incidentally, the central bus station of Esens is also only about 200 meters away from the holiday home "Nordseezauber."
