North Sea Vacation with Style
"Marenor" offers you eight very high-class holiday apartments in the front part of "Taddigshörn". The "Taddigshörn" stands in the middle of the North Sea spa Bensersiel and is a quiet holiday settlement, which was specially planned so that the paths to all tourist attractions are particularly convenient.
The house is a completely ground-level large-area building with a spacious layout. All apartments were extensively renovated in 2009 in a bright and modern maritime-Mediterranean bungalow style and with high-quality materials or partly completely newly built.
The eight bright and friendly apartments are approximately 60 to approximately 90 square meters in size and with two or three bedrooms for 1 to 4, 1 to 5 people or for 1 to 6 people excellently suitable. All holiday apartments have their own exterior entrances, so they are completely separate from each other, in principle like terraced holiday homes.
All apartments are very tastefully and modernly comfortable designed and furnished. The eight holiday apartments have an excellent and exclusive equipment, e.g. with modern flat screen TVs, very chic bathrooms with barrier-free shower access and chic modern fully equipped kitchens (dishwashers, microwaves, ceramic stoves with ovens and much more).
There are terraces at all apartments, even two in different directions in apartment "Francis Drake". The terrace of the holiday apartment "Christopher Columbus" is located in an atrium of the house, which is exclusively at your disposal in this apartment.
After about 150 meters you are already on foot at the dike and you can reach all the attractions that Bensersiel has to offer in a few minutes on foot: the beach, the harbor or the bathing complex North Sea Therme "Sonneninsel", a modern heated fun and leisure pool. All spa facilities and a modern wellness, sauna and fitness center are also located there. The harbor and the tourist beach facilities are also very close by.
There you will find the beach itself with an adventure playground and the children's house "Kunterbunt" and the new beach portal with "Benni's Adventureland" - a beach facility for children under cover as well as with an internet room for surfing on winter days. You will also find the seawater wave pool, the maritime sports theme park, the circus tent for children and for many events and many more ideas for your vacation around the beach. The beach is only five minutes walk away.
The Kajedeich is just around the corner; so beautiful walks at the "Benser Tief" directly in front of the door begin. From here you start beautiful bike tours along the "Benser Tief" into the interior.

Also shops, e.g. in the dike passage, and restaurants and cafes can be found abundantly on their short way from your holiday apartment to the beach. You reach the evening dike walk at the unique natural spectacle "National Park Lower Saxony Wadden Sea", since 2009 "UNESCO World Natural Heritage", in a few minutes. And then just take a walk or even a few hours and enjoy the sunset. You will not notice how it happens, it can only be so beautiful here on the coast!
For your vacation or your spa treatment you are ideally provided for with us. Very close to Bensersiel is Esens, the "good room" of the Harlingerland. You can reach Esens by car in about five minutes. Even better take a bicycle and ride "around the back" through the marshland over the "Hammerweg" or over the idyllic "Kajedeich" along the "Benser Tief".

The great Bensersiel offer is complemented in Esens by the over 475 years old knight city with a historically grown town center. Here there are a lot of small and big events, museums and other gastronomy and shopping opportunities. Your children best visit the indoor play park "Klabautermann" and have fun there. The "Klabautermann" is a large hall full of ideas to play and to romp.
In general, our area is excellently suitable for long walks, bike tours and discovery trips into the unique nature of East Frisia. So you experience your vacation at the North Sea actively and relaxed and benefit optimally from the North Sea's stimulating climate.
There is also a lot on offer for your health: health-promoting courses, fitness and gymnastics courses in the Vital-Aktiv-Center; or take a beauty day and let yourself be pampered.
Cheap shopping opportunities, many events and great gastronomic offers of the area will round off your program.
With your children you best visit the "Pet Park" in "Werdum". This special small zoo is particularly popular with the little visitors. You can also feed or stroke and learn playfully the multifaceted world of domestic and farm animals from all continents.
Esens and Bensersiel have a lot to offer for recreation, sports and play, for example beaches with playgrounds and beach chairs, the already mentioned swimming pools, but also tennis courts, surf sections on the dike, a kite meadow there to fly kites, fitness offers, beach volleyball, fishing opportunities, Wadden Sea hiking tours and much more.
