Location: Approx. 5-minute drive to the beach and harbor
or to the spa park and spa center
or the spa facilities
or the sun island and indoor pool

Please note:
There is carpet flooring in the living room, hallway, and dining room.
Therefore, the apartment is only conditionally suitable for allergy sufferers.
The entrance has 2 steps of about 20 cm. A wooden staircase then leads to

the first floor to the apartment.

We ask you not to smoke in the rooms of our holiday home.
Keeping and bringing animals is not allowed in our holiday home.

The consumption costs for electricity and heating will be charged to you separately based on personal consumption.
