The holiday home "Sandbank" with two very spacious apartments is located in a very quiet, yet very central location in the North Sea spa town of Bensersiel. There is no through traffic here! You walk just under 200 meters and are already on the dike and at the harbor or in the covered shopping and restaurant row "Deichpassage" in the holiday center "Nordseegartenpark".
The two apartments are furnished with great love, very tastefully and harmoniously designed and very comfortably equipped. The house was extensively renovated in 2004 and 2005. We have particularly paid attention to a really high-quality interior and equipment and to the fact that you will have enough space for yourself and your family. Even small details were taken into account: The two ground floor apartments, for example, have barrier-free over-sized showers, there are certified band-disc-friendly mattresses, dishwashers, microwaves, ceramic cooktops and much more. In addition, you can enjoy your terraces and a very large beautiful garden, both on the back south side of the house. We offer relaxation seekers optimal conditions for a beautiful and very relaxing holiday stay.
From our holiday home "Sandbank" you can easily reach on foot in just a few minutes all the attractions that Bensersiel has to offer: the harbor and for example the seawater bathing landscape North Sea Therme "Sonneninsel", a modern heated fun and adventure pool with North Sea water. All spa facilities as well as a modern wellness, sauna and fitness center are located in the "Sonneninsel". The beach facilities are also very close. There is the beach itself with an adventure playground and the children's house "Kunterbunt". In addition, the new beach portal with "Benni's Adventure Land", a covered beach facility for children, is located on the beach. Furthermore, there is the seawater wave-free pool with the giant slide, the maritime sports theme park, the circus tent for the children and for many events as well as many more ideas for your vacation.
The Kajedeich is in the immediate vicinity of the house; so beautiful walks at the "Benser Tief" begin right at the doorstep. From here you start beautiful cycling tours along the "Benser Tief" into the inland.
Also shops, e.g. in the Deichpassage or our Markant-Markt in the Nordseegartenpark, as well as restaurants and cafes can be found in abundance on your short way from us to the beach. You can reach your evening dike walk in a few minutes. And then you just stroll a bit or even a few hours and enjoy the sunset. You won't even notice what happens to you - so beautiful it can only be here on the coast!
For your vacation or your treatment you are ideally provided for with us. Very close to Bensersiel is Esens, the good room of the Harlingerland. You can reach Esens by car in about five minutes. Even better, take a bicycle and ride "from the back" through the marshland over the "Hammerweg" or over the idyllic "Kajedeich" along the "Benser Tief". Wonderful tours await you.
The great Bensersiel offer is complemented in the over 475 years old knight city Esens with a historically grown town center. Here there are a lot of small and large events, museums as well as further gastronomic offers and shopping possibilities. And for the children there is the indoor play park "Klabautermann" in Esens, a large hall full of ideas for playing and romping.
Our area is generally ideal for long walks, bike tours and discovery trips into the unique nature of East Frisia. This way you experience your holiday at the North Sea actively and relaxed and profit optimally from the North Sea's incentive climate.
Also for your health a lot is offered: health-promoting courses, fitness and gymnastics courses in the "Vital-Aktiv-Center"; or take a beauty day and let yourself be pampered.
