The "Haus Maris" with a holiday home and two apartments is located in a very quiet side street without through traffic on the "Kajedeich" of the Benser Tief, only about 400 meters from the dike in the heart of the North Sea spa Bensersiel. Bensersiel is directly on the unique natural spectacle "National Park Lower Saxony Wadden Sea", since 2009 a "UNESCO World Heritage Site".
The holiday home is approximately 92 square meters and optimally suited for 2 to 6 people plus an additional toddler. The apartments are approximately 40, 47 and 48 square meters and optimally suited for one to three people, two to four people or for two to four people plus an additional toddler. The holiday home and the apartments are comfortably and cosily furnished and equipped with everything you need for your vacation. The residents of the holiday home and the apartments will also find plenty of space to relax in the garden.
From the "Haus Maris" you can easily reach all the attractions that Bensersiel has to offer on foot in just a few minutes: the beach, the harbor or the bathing area of the North Sea Spa "Sonneninsel", a modern heated fun and leisure pool. All spa facilities as well as a modern wellness, sauna and fitness center are also located there. The harbor and the tourist beach facilities are also very close by.
There you will find the beach itself with an adventure playground and children's house "Kunterbunt" and the new beach portal with "Bennis Adventure Land" - a beach facility for children under a roof as well as with an internet room for surfing on winter days. You will also find the seawater outdoor pool, the maritime sports theme park, the circus tent for children and for many events and many more ideas for your vacation around the beach.
The Kajedeich is in the immediate vicinity of our house; so beautiful walks along the "Benser Tief" (What is a "Tief"? Do you want to know more? Click here on this sentence!) begin directly at the doorstep. From here you can start beautiful cycling tours along the "Benser Tief" inland through the marshland over the wide meadows and fields directly adjacent to Bensersiel.
For your shopping, morning rolls or a nice meal or a delicious coffee or tea, a large selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and cozy maritime pubs is available to you. For example, there is a consumer market, a bakery as well as several cute shops as well as several catering establishments within walking distance in and on the covered shopping and restaurant row "Deichpassage" in the holiday center "Nordseegartenpark".
For your vacation or your cure, you are ideally provided for with us. Very close to Bensersiel lies Esens, the "good room" of the Harlingerland. You can reach Esens by car in about five minutes. Even better, take a bicycle and ride "behind" through the marshland over the "Hammerweg" or over the idyllic "Kajedeich" along the "Benser Tief" (What is a Tief? The great Bensersiel offer is complemented in Esens by the over 475-year-old knight's town with a historically grown town center.
