The house consists of 4 residential units, our Ferienwohnung Moin Moin 2 is located on the ground floor on the left. It consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, a living room with a new kitchenette (2020) and a dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-plate ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a toaster, and the usual kitchen utensils. The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a DVD player, (free) WLAN, a radio with CD player. The second bedroom also has a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. The new bathroom (2020) with a window has a walk-in shower and a toilet, and a hairdryer is provided. On the terrace, there is a table with 4 chairs and seat pads, a large sunshade, and 2 loungers. There is a coin-operated washing machine (2.00 per wash cycle) on the first floor of the house. There is also a toddler set with a travel cot with a mattress, a high chair, and a child safety rail that can be attached to the outside of the bed.

The beach and the North Sea Therme in Bensersiel, about 4-5 km away, can be reached by car in a few minutes, by bike in 20 minutes, or by public transport. From the harbor there, you can go to the island of Langeoog and to the seal colonies.

Both bedrooms have a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). From the terrace, you can access the garden shed where bicycles (use at your own risk), a barbecue, etc. are kept.
