Our "Haus Kajedeich" with the three "Seehund" apartments in Bensersiel is located just 300 meters from the North Sea dike. You will find our apartments in the heart of the North Sea spa town of Bensersiel directly at the "Benser Tief".
Bensersiel is located directly at the unique natural spectacle "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park", since 2009 a "UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site".
The three "Seehund apartments" in the "Haus Kajedeich" were completely renovated in spring 2016 with all the trimmings!
The apartments are bright, modern and comfortably furnished and equipped as well as being up-to-date and spacious. Here everything is allergy-friendly for you, the apartments for 2 to 4 people with an additional toddler and for 1 to 2 people with an additional toddler are approximately 48 and 32 square meters.
From the "Haus Kajedeich" you can easily reach on foot within a few minutes all the attractions that Bensersiel has to offer: the beach, the harbor or the bathing complex "North Sea Therme", a modern heated fun and leisure pool. The therapy center (e.g. with all spa facilities) as well as a modern wellness, sauna and fitness center are also located there. The harbor and the tourist beach facilities are also very close.
There you will find the beach itself with an adventure playground and the children's playhouse "Kunterbunt" and the new beach portal with "Bennis Adventure Land" - a beach facility for children under a roof as well as with internet access for surfing on colder winter days. You will also find the seawater outdoor pool, the maritime sports theme park, the circus tent for children and for many events and many more ideas for your holiday around the beach.
From the "Haus Kajedeich" in Bensersiel you can start wonderful bicycle tours inland through the marsh via meadows and fields directly adjacent to our street.
For your shopping, morning rolls or a nice meal or a delicious coffee or tea, there is a large selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and cozy maritime pubs available here in the center of Bensersiel in the immediate vicinity. For example, there is a consumer market, a bakery and several lovely shops as well as several catering establishments in approximately 100 meters distance in and at the covered shopping and restaurant row "Deichpassage" in the holiday center "North Sea Garden Park".
For your holiday or your spa treatment, you are ideally provided for in Bensersiel. Very close to Bensersiel lies Esens, the "good living room" of the Harlingerland. You can reach Esens by car in about five minutes. Even better, take a bicycle and cycle "around the back" through the marshland via the "Hammerweg" or along the idyllic "Kajedeich" along the "Benser Tief". Wonderful tours await you.
The great offer in Bensersiel is complemented in Esens by the over 475 years old knight's town with its historically grown town center. Here in Esens there are a lot of small and large events, museums and further catering and shopping facilities. Your children should definitely visit the indoor play park "Klabautermann" and have lots of fun there. The "Klabautermann" is a large hall full of ideas to play and romp.
In general, our area is excellently suited for long walks, bike tours and discovery trips into the unique nature of East Frisia. This way you experience your holiday at the North Sea actively and relaxed and benefit optimally from the North Sea's climate.
There is also a lot offered for your health: health-promoting courses, fitness and gymnastics courses in the Vital-Aktiv-Center; or take a beauty day and let yourself be pampered.

With your children, you should also visit the "Haustierpark" in Werdum. This special little zoo is very popular with the little visitors. You can also feed or stroke and playfully learn about the multifaceted world of domestic and farm animals from all continents.
