"Haus Seeperle" with six wonderful holiday apartments is located at the beginning of Seestraße and thus in the heart of Bensersiel. The North Sea health resort Bensersiel is situated directly at the unique natural spectacle "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park", since 2009 "UNESCO World Natural Heritage".

In our six houses, "Kapitänshaus", "Haus Ankerplatz", "Haus Südermole", "Haus Pier 18", "Residenz Waterkant" and "Haus Seeperle", we offer you a total of 23 very nicely and modernly designed and excellently equipped holiday apartments and apartments of various sizes for almost every holiday need.

The four houses "Kapitänshaus", "Haus Ankerplatz", "Haus Südermole" and "Haus Pier 18" with 15 holiday apartments are located close to each other on "Lammertshörn" street in the heart of Bensersiel. However, they are still separate from each other and each a few meters away from the other houses. This gives you the feeling of vacationing in small units in a cozy and extremely comfortable way. But you also benefit from our high-quality service and our comprehensive experience with the best possible Bensersiel holiday.

The holiday apartments in "Haus Seeperle" are approximately 80 to approximately 60 square meters and designed for up to four people. They are very friendly, bright, cozy, modern and very comfortable and excellently equipped. For example, five of the six holiday apartments have their own furnished terrace or their own furnished balcony. All apartments have modern kitchens, fully equipped with everything you might need on holiday, and a washing machine and dryer are available in the house.

For your stay in Bensersiel, "Haus Seeperle" is excellently located. You can walk to the beach facilities in five minutes, all other tourist attractions and facilities as well as many small, beautiful shops, for example in the "Deichpassage", cafes and many other catering establishments are also in the immediate vicinity.

For example, it is a very short walk to the bathing area "Nordseetherme Bensersiel", a modern heated fun and leisure pool. All spa facilities as well as a modern wellness, sauna and fitness center are also housed there. In the "Nordseetherme Bensersiel" you can really let yourself be pampered.

You can reach your evening walk in the "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park" at the North Sea in a few meters. The dike east of the Bensersiel harbor begins right in front of the door of the "Residenz Waterkant". And then you simply walk a little or even a few hours and enjoy the sunset in the Wadden Sea.

For example, if you walk past the harbor to the beach facilities, there you will find the beach itself with an adventure playground and the children's house "Kunterbunt". Furthermore, the new beach portal with "Bennis Abenteuerland", a covered beach facility for children, stands at the beach. In addition, there is the seawater outdoor pool with the giant slide, the maritime sports theme park and many more ideas for your holiday.

The Kajedeich at the "Benser Tief" offers you beautiful cycling tours along the "Benser Tief" into the country.

Very close to Bensersiel is Esens, the living room of the Harlingerland. You can reach Esens by car in about five minutes. It is best to take a bicycle and ride through the marshland over the "Hammerweg" or the idyllic "Kajedeich" along the already mentioned "Benser Tief". Wonderful tours await you.

The great Bensersiel offer is complemented by the over 475-year-old knight's town of Esens with a historically grown town center. Here there are a lot of small and large events, museums as well as further catering offers and many shopping opportunities.
