The apartments at "Passagendeck Nordseegartenpark" in the North Sea health resort of Bensersiel, managed by us, Ferienwohnungs-Service Brenne, were completed in late summer 2004. The North Sea health resort Bensersiel is located directly at the unique natural spectacle "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park", which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009.
The apartments in the Nordseegartenpark are particularly modern, comfortable, and friendly, equipped with the latest technology, some of them spanning two living levels.
Located directly in the center of Bensersiel, you can enjoy a great view of the Bensersiel harbor, the North Sea, or even the East Frisian islands from all apartments or from the balconies and terraces of almost all of the apartments we manage. Alternatively, enjoy a beautiful view of Bensersiel and Esens as well as the green East Frisian inland with the lush meadows, fields, and pastures.
Balconies are available in all apartments, almost all of which are worthy of the balcony terrace title, as they are large, furnished with nice garden furniture, wind-protected, and some even have a beach chair. Almost all apartments are accessible without stairs! Also, from the underground parking spaces reserved for many of the apartments, where you can park your vehicle, you can reach your apartment with elevators.
Here in the Nordseegartenpark, you are right in the middle of it, which means:
Getting a sandwich without leaving the house, café next door, dining out, and then almost falling into bed, or quickly going to the supermarket in the elevator.
You stroll through the modern covered "Deichpassage" past nice shops and modern gastronomy, in about 50 meters to the dike exit. A complete shopping center is available in the house.
