The two adjacent houses with the holiday apartments "Winter" are located in a preferred residential area within walking distance of the town center of the beautiful old knight's town of Esens. The transport connections by bus, car or bicycle to the very close North Sea spa Bensersiel and the nearby North Sea spa Neuharlingersiel are excellent. You will stay at the northeastern edge of the town center of Esens.
The North Sea spa Bensersiel and the beach are only four kilometers away and are located directly at the unique natural spectacle "National Park Lower Saxony Wadden Sea", since 2009 "UNESCO World Natural Heritage".
It is only a short walk from your holiday apartment to the pedestrian zone, the "Steinstraße", and to the market square of the bear town Esens. There you will find nice shops for a leisurely shopping stroll and to browse and wonder. There is a diverse gastronomy with cafes and restaurants, indoors and outdoors.

For example, ride north by bicycle through the idyllic East Frisian marsh and optionally also along the "Benser Tief" to Bensersiel. This way you will reach the beach comfortably and relaxed.
Of course, you can also reach the sea and Bensersiel in a few minutes by car, but by bike you will reach the sea and Bensersiel after about 4 kilometers in complete restful tranquility, have already sniffed a lot of healthy salt air and can enjoy the beach and the many touristic spa and holiday facilities in a very special way.

You can reach Bensersiel or Neuharlingersiel by car in 5 to 10 minutes. You can also easily reach both seaside resorts or North Sea spas by bus.
