Gulfhof Polder72 is located in an exceptionally quiet area on the Westerburer Polder near Bensersiel, directly on the North Sea dike. Guests can reach the coastal area quickly via the property's own dike stairs. From the dike, the beach of Bensersiel is already visible and can be reached on foot after about 1 km.
The characteristic farm offers eight individually furnished vacation apartments: Ine, Eger, Duidelt, Here, Hero, Hikka, Hicko, and Konko Hikna. The accommodations range from 65 to 86 m² and can accommodate four to six people, depending on the apartment. This makes the Gulfhof particularly suitable for families, couples, groups traveling together, beach vacationers, and cyclists.
The apartments feature two or three bedrooms, bright living and dining areas, and open kitchens. Depending on the accommodation, there is one or two bathrooms, an additional guest toilet, a playroom, underfloor heating, a washing machine, a dryer, and several televisions.
The outdoor area includes a private terrace, garden furniture, a lawn area, sun loungers, sun protection, and a barbecue area, depending on the apartment. Some apartments offer limited views of the sea or the wide polder landscape. A private parking space is available for each apartment.
Families with children can benefit from a child's travel bed, high chair, children's toys, stair gates, outlet covers, or a changing table, depending on the apartment. The vacation apartments are non-smoking. A dog can be brought in the Hicko apartment after prior registration; pets are not allowed in the other Polder72 apartments.
Bensersiel with its beach, harbor, ferry terminal, restaurants, and shopping facilities is easily accessible. Esens, Neuharlingersiel, Carolinensiel, Dornumersiel, and Norddeich are also suitable for excursions along the East Frisian North Sea coast.
