The apartment is located in the attic of an old fisherman's house, situated in the harbor area.
You have a magnificent view of the sea (or tidal flats) and the entrance to the harbor.
With just a few steps, you are at the dike, the harbor, and the Spiekeroog landing stage. Bakers, fishing cooperative, and many restaurants are in
immediate proximity.

The apartment has 2 rooms and 1 bathroom. A very nice, bright living and dining area with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom (with a mosquito net) with a double bed. The double bed consists of two single mattresses (each 1.10 m
wide), which lie low on the floor and the slatted frame (please note the photo!).

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The kitchenette is open to the living-dining area and has two hot plates.
It is equipped with all things for daily needs, but there is no oven. It is not suitable for elaborate dishes.
The apartment is comfortably furnished with a dining table, sofa, 1 armchair, and TV. A car parking space is located directly opposite the apartment. A non-lockable garden shed is available for bringing bicycles.

It is a non-smoking apartment! However, you can smoke directly at the harbor, which is practically right in front of the door (just around the corner).
Attention: The apartment is not suitable for people with disabilities and not for small children due to its spiral staircase and the relatively steep and narrow access to the front door!
