The holiday home is located in an excellent location in the health resort of Werdum, quiet in a small cul-de-sac and yet centrally located with short distances to all facilities needed on vacation.

The detached holiday home is approximately 120 square meters, has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, as well as a large living room, an open kitchen with adjacent dining area, a bathroom on the ground floor and on the upper floor, one of which has a corner bathtub. Both the living room and the dining area offer access to the terrace and the garden, which has a large lawn area inviting children to play.
The double beds are 180 x 200 cm and the single beds are 100 x 200 cm.
The duvets and pillows are filled with synthetic fiber/polyester.
There is also a storage room available, so there is enough space.
Sufficient parking spaces are available in front of the house. (Carport and garage)

The terrace doors have electrically operated roller blinds. All bedroom windows are fitted with insect protection and since the end of October 2025 also with external roller shutters.

The house has been furnished with love, modernly and tastefully.
We offer free WLAN and landline telephony as well as modern LED-TV.

In mid-2025, the house was equipped with a photovoltaic system. The surplus electricity that is not consumed can be used for free charging of your electric vehicle. The charging card needed for this can be obtained from us in the office after prior arrangement.
