The holiday apartment is located on the upper floor (1st floor) of our house, in a quiet settlement on the eastern outskirts of Esens.

A guest contribution is charged by the city of Esens, which we will settle with you on behalf of the city.

There is no through traffic. Nevertheless, the location is central. The city center, with the pedestrian zone, can be reached on foot. The Osthörn bus stop, with bus connections to the city and to Neuharlingersiel, is 200 meters away.

Our holiday apartment (approximately 55 sqm in total), with a separate entrance, is suitable for 2 people and a baby. It is fully equipped.
On the same floor there is an additional bedroom that can be booked with the apartment. This room has a large bed (140 x 200 cm), a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and a children's cot (70 x 140 cm). So the apartment then has a total of two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 adults and/or children.

Children under 2 years old are FREE, if they sleep in the large bed or in the travel bed in the same room.
Bed linen and towels for daily use are included. Please bring your own beach towels or pool towels.

If you arrive as a couple and wish to use the 2nd bedroom additionally (SEPARATE BEDROOM), a SURCHARGE of €10.00 per night will be charged.

IMPORTANT: For last-minute bookings and stays of up to 3 nights, the entire rental price must be paid immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

For your children, the apartment offers a CHILDREN'S BED, TRAVEL BED and CHILDREN'S HIGH CHAIR. There is also a little bit of toys and reading material available.

We offer our guests free WLAN use in the holiday apartment, but we cannot guarantee that the WLAN can be used without interruptions. Likewise, no specific transmission speed can be guaranteed.

Smoke detectors are installed in each room, as well as a carbon monoxide detector in the stairwell.

Our holiday apartment is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor area.

On the large meadow behind the house, you will find a seating area with a beach chair, a large sun umbrella, and garden furniture for relaxing. For the little ones, there is a sandbox with some sand toys.

You can park your car in our yard, next to the house.
Charging your E-car is NOT possible. Various charging stations can be found in Esens and in Bensersiel.

Please understand that we cannot accommodate PETS for the sake of our guests. VISITING ANIMALS are also NOT allowed in our holiday apartment!

We ask you to treat our apartment, inventory, and provided linen CAREFULLY and to close the windows when you leave the apartment!
Also, your TRASH should be carefully separated!

Rent payment is ONLY - IN ADVANCE - possible by TRANSFER.
We DO NOT accept cash payments.

Our apartment is located in the Ostlandsiedlung, a quiet residential area in Esens. The supermarket, the fish factory, the Klabautermann indoor playground, and the adventure mini-golf course are within walking distance.
Bensersiel (where the ferry to the island of Langeoog departs) is 4 km away, and it is 8 km to Neuharlingersiel. From there, you can take the ferry to the island of Spiekeroog.

The Esener cycle path leads directly past the house to the coast. During your holiday with us, you are welcome to use our two bicycles and the children's bicycle trailer for your young children free of charge. Use is at your own risk.
In the yard, our guests have access to a lockable room where, among other things, you can store your bicycles. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use our bicycles or if you will bring your own.
