Small, cozy 2 1/2 room apartment (approx. 51 sqm) on the 1st floor. Perfect for a small family with 1 child or grandparents with their grandchildren. However, also great for couples who want to escape everyday life.

The apartment is divided as follows. Living space with kitchenette (toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer), seating area and a sofa with sleeping function, bathroom with shower/toilet and a separate bedroom with a 180*200 box spring bed. A staircase leads to another cozy, open space offering another sleeping option 160*200 for 2 people, and with its special charm, it is particularly popular with children and young at heart.

Comfortably and practically furnished, you will feel at home immediately.

- The apartment was completely renovated in November 2024 + 2025. New pictures will follow in spring 2026.
Terraces are located in the fenced garden for your use.

Close to the beach and quiet, you will find the small apartment, which we lovingly call Strandläufer. The holiday home Boje has 6 individually furnished and differently sized apartments. The house is located in a cul-de-sac. The dike, bakery, restaurants, shopping facilities and the harbor are only a few meters away on foot.

There is a 11KW wallbox at the house for charging your electric car (subject to availability)

Children's bed / high chair can be provided free of charge.
Bed linen is included. Towels can be booked on request, at an additional cost!
