Apartment Friesenrose
The approximately 75 square meter Friesenrose vacation apartment is particularly bright and quiet, located on the southern garden side of the house. On the ground floor, there is the open living and dining area with a fireplace, which is rustically and comfortably furnished with partly antique furniture.

The Landhaus-up-de-Warft was built around 1900 and is located with a handful of other rural estates and farms on the Warft Nordwerdum. The former stables and living area have been converted into four spacious residential units that are rustically and individually furnished. For lovers of the East Frisian landscape and the original feeling of life, this is the ideal holiday accommodation. The sea dike can be seen from the property.

Cyclists and walkers also get their money's worth. The beach in Neuharlingersiel is only about 4 km away. There is a log sauna on the property and a washing machine in a separate laundry room. Both can be used by all parties. Due to the sharply rising energy costs, the use of the sauna is chargeable. At the parking lots, you will find a charging station for electric cars and in the small log cabin, an e-charging station for e-bikes.

The approximately 75 square meter Friesenrose vacation apartment is particularly bright and quiet, located on the southern garden side of the house. On the ground floor, there is the open living and dining area with a fireplace, which is rustically and comfortably furnished with partly antique furniture. The kitchen area, which is directly adjacent to the living area, has been completely modernized and offers a very good equipment with modern comfort such as a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher even on a small space. In addition, there is a children's room with a bunk bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet on the ground floor. The bathroom has also been completely modernized.
The larger bedroom with a double bed and beautiful garden view can be reached via a staircase from the living area. The apartment has a satellite TV.
Maximum occupancy in the Friesenrose: 2 adults, 2 children up to 16 years (older children/teenagers on request), 1 child up to 2 years
Unfortunately, due to the construction, no stair gate is installed.
The charging of electric vehicles, except e-bikes, is only allowed at the wall box at the parking lot. For parking bicycles or prams etc. a separate small lockable log cabin is available. There is an e-charging station for e-bikes.
In the garden there is a log sauna that is available to all guests of the country house.

Bed linen, towels and sauna towels as well as the use of the sauna are not included in the base price and can be optionally booked.
