The approximately 75m2 Mühlenblick apartment is located in the middle part of the country house. On the ground floor, you will find the living and dining area with a butler's pantry leading to the kitchen. The highlight is the masonry open fireplace, which guarantees a cozy atmosphere even on cooler evenings.
The Landhaus-up-de-Warft was built around 1900 and is situated on the Nordwerdum Warft along with a handful of other rural properties and farms. The former stables and living area have been converted into four spacious and individually furnished living units. For lovers of the East Frisian landscape and the original feeling of life, this is the ideal vacation spot. The sea dike can be seen from the property.
Bicycle riders and hikers will also get their money's worth. The beach in Neuharlingersiel is only about 4km away. There is a log sauna on the property and a washing machine in a separate laundry room. Both can be used by all parties. Due to the sharply increased energy costs, the use of the sauna is subject to a fee. At the parking lots, you will find a charging station for electric cars and an e-bike charging station in the small log cabin.

The approximately 75m2 Mühlenblick apartment offers space for 2 adults, 2 children up to 16 years old (bunk beds 90x200 and 90x180cm) and a baby/toddler. On the ground floor, you will find the living and dining area with a butler's pantry leading to the kitchen. The highlight is the masonry open fireplace, which guarantees a cozy atmosphere even on cooler evenings.
The living area is comfortably furnished with partly antique furniture. You will have access to satellite TV, a micro-stereo system, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen meets all requirements for modern comfort. Equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and has also been completely modernized.
You can reach the two bedrooms on the upper floor via an open spiral staircase located in the living area. The large bedroom has a double bed. The smaller room has two bunk beds set at an angle for children up to 12 or 16 years old (90x200 and 90x180cm).
There is an open fireplace that can be used for heating or for comfort.
Maximum occupancy in this apartment: 2 adults, 2 children up to 16 years old (older children/teenagers please inquire), 1 child up to 2 years old
Unfortunately, due to the design, no stair gate is installed.
Charging electric vehicles, except e-bikes, is only permitted at the designated wallbox at the parking lot. A small lockable log cabin is available for storing bicycles or strollers, etc. An e-bike charging station is also located in this cabin.
There is a log sauna in the garden that is available to all guests of the country house.

Bed linen, towels, and sauna towels as well as the use of the sauna are not included in the base price and can be booked optionally.
