The Landhaus-up-de-Warft was built in 1906 and is located on the Warft Nordwerdum with a handful of other rural properties and farms. The former stables and living area have been converted into four spacious and individually furnished units. For lovers of the East Frisian landscape and the original lifestyle, this is the ideal vacation spot. The sea dike can be seen from the property.

Cyclists and hikers will also find something to their liking. The beach in Neuharlingersiel is only about 4km away. There is a log sauna on the property and a washing machine in a separate laundry room. Both can be used by all parties. Due to the sharply increased energy costs, the use of the sauna is chargeable. At the parking lots, you will find a charging station for electric cars. There is an electric bike charging station in the small log cabin.

The approximately 104 sqm Störtebecker apartment is located in the front, driveway-facing part of the house. It has a spacious bedroom on the ground floor and two more bedrooms on the first floor (1 room with double bed, 1 room with bunk beds 90x200cm and 90x180cm). The double bed on the first floor is located in a room that is considered a passageway.

In the rustic living and kitchen area on the ground floor, the historic beam construction has been preserved. The center of the apartment is the solid dining table. A cozy atmosphere is created by the wood-burning stove and the balcony with a view over the meadows and pastures of the surroundings. The two bathrooms are also located on the ground floor. These have been completely modernized. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, ceramic stovetops, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

The large living area has a satellite TV, a micro stereo system, and WLAN.

Maximum occupancy in this apartment: 4 adults, 2 children up to 16 years (bed size see above), 1 child up to 2 years (second toddler/baby on request)

A log sauna is available to all guests of the Landhaus in the garden.

Charging electric vehicles, except for e-bikes, is only allowed at the wallbox at the parking lot. A small lockable log cabin is available for storing bicycles or strollers, etc. There is an e-bike charging station in the small log cabin.

Bedding, towels, and sauna towels as well as the use of the sauna are not included in the base price and can be booked optionally.
